Block diagram/zh-hans
From Qi-Hardware
In the figure 1 we can see the block diagrams for NanoNote plataform, using the multimedia processor (internal diagram on figure 2) JZ4720 from Ingenic Semiconductor Co.
[edit] Basic Description
- The LCD has a size of 3.0" TFT type, with a resolution of 320x240 pixels.
- The SDRAM is conected to the processor through a 16-bit data bus, a 13-bit address bus and a control bus. On the first version has a size of 32MB but some development versions are installed 64MB.
- The NAND Flash Memory is accessed through a data bus 8-bit and a bit control bus. The size of this memory is 2GB
- The MicroSD memory connector has a 4-bits data bus and some control lines
- In the card there are two cristal for the processor, one of them (32768Hz) is for the RTC Oscillator, and the another one (12Mhz) is the Main Oscillator.
- The Keyboard from NanoNote is a simple 8x8 matrix that uses 16 GPIOs of the processor to "map" 59 keys
- In the case of the Audio we have the stereo output going to the headphones connector and if this isn't conected the speaker is turning On
- The USB Host connector is connected with a 3-bit bus: 2-bit for diferential data and one for the USB ID. Moreover the USB Device connector just receives the lines of the diferential data
- We use two GPIOs from the processor for the Serial Console and four more GPIOs like probe points of the JTAG.
- Finally we have a start switch (Boot Modes) with two modes for boot: From USB Device or Boot from 2048 page size NAND flash at CS1.
Now we will see the order in the PCB of each basic component.
