[edit] Summary
The Sparkfun microSD Sniffer with female headers soldered on. Since the microSD slot in the Ben is mounted "upside down" - the labelled side of microSD cards must face downwards and the side showing the contacts must face upwards - the contacts of this board must also obviously face upwards when inserted into the Ben. Thus, the headers must be soldered on to point upwards from the contacts side of the board in order to be conveniently usable.
