Address book

In this address book we are collecting address and contact information for all sorts of vendors and businesses that relate to copyleft hardware. For privacy reasons please do not publish information such as names, email addresses or phone numbers of contacts inside a company (unless it's a 1-person public business). Instead, list the publicly available sales hotline or email address. The information in this address book should be enough to start doing business yourself, but should respect privacy inside large companies (remember they are just employees and may not want to be dragged out into the public).
